It is Claire's commitment to provide all her clients with a high quality, friendly service. To ensure smooth and efficient bookings whilst providing everyone with the same fair service, please take the time to read the salon policies and familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of making an appointment.




A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to re-schedule, cancel, or change services booked. Failure to give 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of the full service value.  



As a courtesy, all clients receive a reminder text message and email prior to their appointment. This gives plenty of time to adhere to the 48 hours notice policy. It is always the client's responsibility to remember their appointment to avoid any charges and to update the salon with changes to their contact details.


For safety and insurance purposes, children under the age of thirteen are not permitted in the salon.  Due to the nature of the beauty room, Claire cannot ensure the safety of young children and asks that they are not brought to your appointments.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


Evening and Saturday appointments are always in high demand. You are advised to pre-book your next two appointments in advance, especially in busy times such as Christmas and summer.  If you need to re-schedule your pre-booked appointments Claire will do her best to accommodate you, but during very busy periods, this may not always be possible.



If you are running late, please message ahead as it may be necessary to re-schedule or adjust your appointment. Claire will do her best to accommodate you but she has to consider the impact on other clients.


Patch tests are mandatory for selected services. This is a strict insurance requirement for your safety and is non negotiable. If you have a known allergy to tint, please do not complete a tint patch test.



Treatments cannot be offered to children under the age of thirteen. Children between thirteen and sixteen must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


Claire accepts all major debit and credit cards, contactless, ApplePay, cash and valid Claire Nunn - Elite Brow Expert & Beauty Therapist gift vouchers.  Gift vouchers and gift voucher balances cannot be exchanged for cash and expired gift vouchers cannot be accepted.
